We are very pleased to announce the publication of our new Cook Book: Kwan Yin Loves Pie

Kwan Yin is the Buddha-Mother of Great Compassion. A statue of her stood in the Chinese Joss house in the village of Lytton from 1881 to 1928.

The cook book ontains a wide variety of recipes, from our members and friends, such as Kwan yin Pie, Grant’s Politically Incorrect Pancakes, Kheer Rice Pudding, Veggieburgers, Ohio Buckeyes, Don’t Be Afraid of Tofu, Homemade Yoghurt -Indian Style, Mountain Tseweta Cornbread, Botanie Valley Honey Cake, Eggs Allisoni and many more.
